Find Top: Hidden Objects (uz.hagames.findtop)
Last updated: 21 August 2026 · Effective: 21 August 2026

This policy explains what information the Find Top mobile game collects, why it is collected, and who it is shared with. It applies to both versions of the game: the Android version distributed through Google Play, and the iOS version distributed through the Apple App Store.

The game is developed and operated by HA Games, an individual developer based in Uzbekistan. Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "the developer" refer to HA Games; "the game" and "the app" refer to Find Top: Hidden Objects.

Short version. We do not ask you for your real name, email address, phone number or location. Your game progress is stored on your own device. A nickname you choose and your weekly score are sent to our leaderboard. Advertising and payment are handled by Unity and Google, who collect device identifiers under their own privacy policies. On iOS we do not ask for permission to track you, and the game does not collect Apple's advertising identifier.

1. Information stored on your device

The following is saved locally on your phone using the standard app storage provided by Android or iOS. It never leaves your device unless a section below says otherwise, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.

2. Information sent to our services

Anonymous player account

When the game connects to the leaderboard, it signs you in anonymously through Unity Gaming Services Authentication. This creates a random player identifier that is tied to your app installation. It is not linked to your Google account, your email address or your real identity, and we cannot use it to identify you personally.

Leaderboard

If you take part in the weekly leaderboard, the game sends your chosen nickname and your weekly score to Unity Leaderboards, where they are stored so that scores can be ranked and shown to other players.

The nickname is entirely your choice. If you do not enter one, the game generates a random name such as "Player1502". Please do not use your real name, email address, phone number or any other personal detail as your nickname, because nicknames are visible to other players in the leaderboard.

3. Information collected by third parties

Parts of the game are provided by external services. When those parts are active, the service collects data directly under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your personal data from them.

Payments

All purchases go through Google Play on Android and through the Apple App Store on iOS. We never see and never store your card number, bank details or billing address. We only receive confirmation from the store that a purchase succeeded, so that the game can unlock what you bought. The same applies when you use the Restore purchases option on iOS: Apple tells the game which non-consumable items you already own, and nothing else.

Advertising identifier

On Android, advertisements may use your device's Google Advertising ID to limit how often you see the same advertisement and to make advertisements more relevant. You can reset or delete this ID at any time under Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting it does not stop advertisements from appearing; it makes them less personalised.

On iOS, the game does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). Advertisements shown on iOS are contextual rather than personalised, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. You can confirm this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, where Find Top will not appear in the list of apps that have asked to track you.

4. What we do not do

5. Permissions the app requests

On Android the game requests internet access, which the system needs in order to load advertisements and to reach the leaderboard. It does not request any permission classified by Android as dangerous. On iOS the game requests no permissions at all: it does not ask for tracking, notifications, the camera, the microphone, photos, contacts or location. The levels themselves can be played without an internet connection on both platforms.

6. Children

Find Top is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

7. How long data is kept

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the data held about you, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. This includes rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

To exercise any of these rights, write to one@zoomlock.uz. We will respond within 30 days. Because leaderboard accounts are anonymous, please include the nickname shown in your game so that we can locate the correct record.

Deleting your data yourself

9. Data security

Data sent between the game and our service providers travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Unity and Google operate servers in a number of countries, which means your data may be processed outside Uzbekistan, including in the European Union and the United States. These transfers are governed by the privacy policies and safeguards of those providers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be announced in the app's Google Play and App Store listings. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
