HAGames (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating as Mevazor Ikbol, develops and publishes the mobile game Blob Merge: Drop & Merge (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its third-party service providers collect, how that information is used and shared, and what choices you have.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We do not ask you to create an account with a username or password. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera input, precise GPS location, or any government identifier. The App has no chat, no messaging, no friend lists and no social feed.
The App saves your gameplay data directly on your device using standard local storage. This includes:
This local save data stays on your device. We cannot read it remotely. Deleting or uninstalling the App permanently erases this data, and it cannot be recovered.
The App includes an optional global leaderboard. When the leaderboard is used, the following happens:
The leaderboard is the only feature that transmits gameplay data off your device. All other gameplay works fully offline. If you never open the leaderboard and never go online, no score is transmitted.
Reinstalling the App generates a new anonymous player ID, and your previous leaderboard entry can no longer be linked to your device.
When advertising and analytics services are active, the following categories of data may be collected automatically:
We use this data to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, diagnose crashes, and improve the App.
The App displays advertisements through Unity Ads and may use Unity Analytics. Unity acts as an independent data controller for the data it collects. Unity may collect device identifiers, IP address, advertising ID and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.
You may see two types of ads:
Rewarded ads are always optional. You are never required to watch an ad to continue playing.
The global leaderboard is powered by Unity Gaming Services. UGS Authentication creates an anonymous player ID for your device, and UGS Leaderboards stores your submitted best score against that ID. Unity acts as a data processor and, for some diagnostic data, as an independent controller.
If UGS is unreachable — no network, or a service outage — the App continues to run normally and simply shows an empty leaderboard. No gameplay feature is blocked by it.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. HAGames never receives, stores or processes your credit card number, bank details or billing address. Google handles all payment data. Please review Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App does not integrate social login, cross-app tracking networks, or data brokers beyond the services named above.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, which may include booster packs, currency bundles, and an ad-removal purchase. All purchases are:
Purchases made by minors should be authorized by a parent or guardian. We strongly recommend that parents enable purchase authentication in the Google Play Store settings. To request a refund, contact Google Play Support; HAGames cannot issue refunds directly for Google Play transactions.
The App is rated for a general audience and may appeal to children.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation including Article 8 (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the email address in Section 11. We will delete the information promptly.
We and our service providers use collected information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases:
On Android: Settings > Google > Ads — then “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored progress and settings permanently.
To have a submitted leaderboard entry removed, email us at one@zoomlock.uz. We will delete the entry associated with your anonymous player ID. Because that ID is the only link we hold, please send your request from the device that made the submission, or include the player ID shown on the leaderboard screen.
Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA, UK, Brazil/LGPD, California/CCPA-CPRA and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain user accounts, we may be unable to identify data belonging to a specific individual; in that case we will direct you to the relevant third-party service provider. Submit requests to the contact address in Section 11.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
Local save data persists on your device until you delete the App. Data held by Unity and Google is retained according to their own published retention schedules.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data processed by Unity and Google may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards implemented by those providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced in the App or in the Google Play store listing. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
